I started working with design when I was 16, just for fun. It was then during this period that I discovered my passion for what I did and I decided to delve even further into this universe. In 2017, I started studying at Universidade Estácio de Sá in the Graphic Design course, where I was able to deepen my knowledge in the area.
I went through small companies, working as a graphic designer, digital designer and digital marketing analyst. And it was in 2019 that I decided to migrate to the UX area, to generate more and more value in my deliverables, focusing on the customer to deliver products that are not only beautiful to look at, but also intuitive and useful.
Currently, at PagBank, I have been working on the Pix product since its launch, used by more than 21 million users in the PagBank app. I confess that it was one of the most challenging and exciting projects I have ever worked on in my career. On the day of its launch, when this result came out that PagBank was among the 3 financial institutions with the most registered keys, the feeling was of immense pride to be part of this alongside so many extremely competent and committed people.
At PagBank I also worked on projects such as the new TED transfer experience; batch transfer, web system that deals with the automation of payments for companies to carry out transfers through file processing; between others.
